The climate crisis is a big problem that affects the entire planet. It’s caused by things like pollution and cutting down too many trees, which are making the Earth’s temperature go up. This might not sound like a big deal, but it’s causing all sorts of problems like more heatwaves, stronger storms, and rising sea levels.

It’s important for everyone to understand the climate crisis, not just people who study science. This is because it affects all of us, no matter what we do for a living or where we live. We all need to be part of the solution to make sure that we can have a healthy planet for ourselves and future generations.

Why?

One of the main causes of climate change is the burning of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil, and natural gas. When we use these fuels to power our cars, heat our homes, and run our factories, they release greenhouse gases into the air. These gases trap heat from the sun in the Earth’s atmosphere, which causes the planet to warm up. Another major cause of climate change is deforestation, which is the cutting down of trees and destruction of other natural habitats.
