Great design job Cara Eckholm , I was wondering if using the lean wood core would qualify this design as an exclusively Timber design? Same idea for using the tuned mass damper. Another idea that comes to mind is that I assume that the team ran the numbers and found that using the 70 ton steel damper would be less carbon intensive than other Timber core option?
